As arranged by the hotel ... The round-trip transportation from the hotel to the airport and from the airport to the hotel ... Extremely poor in quality and vonf.

Potential upwards is present

To be honest, we have complained about a failed trip in case of not well performed planning, missing cutlery and so on but management does a great job they tried to makes things better and some would be better. For us it's still inacceptable to use Rightscon as excuse for bad services, it doesn't matter and we don't care about it.

In general WLAN inside of our room is quite unstable Some conceriege was really helpful to organize trips, others often looks like not really enough motivated or well informed about tourist attractions. It's OK not to know everything, but there are telephones, right? I don't know is not a preferred answer. Nearly every day we have to request missing cups, teaspoon, knife or take care on our cutlery or cups didn't take away by personal. Why? Some of our room keys are partly not working properly and we got every time funny explanation why this happen. RFID information get probably lost by a mobile seriously? For a business hotel it's strange that some of service personal can't speak English not far from airport Apart from that, some lights behind TV in our room was flapping and door sign lights on our floor as well. I guess it's not normal because this can create headaches. Since RightsCon Our breakfast wasn't good anymore. Every time something was empty, cold or not available. For example I didn't get pancakes anymore? WLAN was everywhere unstable Outside of our hotel they created a new security ckeck but guards here were awfully unfriendly. As normal guest we should wait such a long time and if we were at checkpoint guards asking about our missing rightscon belt. In the end there was a lot of discussions needed but I guess management will make it better.

Nice room, new building

Since it was ramadan, so they provided sahoor in the room which was sort of a continental breakfast.

More amenities like dental kit should be provided. Wifi range was poor

Fabulous

All Staff were great, friendly and helpful Special thanks for the Front desk staff Mr Islam and Zyaad I recommend this hotel and surely will book again if I need to visit or stop in Tunisia

The only observation was that on the night of our arrival Saturday night there seems to be a party going on with loud music but this stopped before midnight. This was not repeated

Great location, Very clean rooms, Nice staff and helpful, delicious food, new furniture & maintained very well, the bed very comfortable. I will stay again in this hotel.

Nothing everything was wonderful. No iron & table I would recommend to provide the room by iron& table.

Peaceful and amazing exeperience

I LOVED everything about this hotel. Next time i will be in Tunis there won't be any other option on hotels because i would love to stay here again. It has been a wonderful stay and experience here

Recommended if location suits you.

The Spa area is fantastic, I have got an imperial massage and though it's a bit expensive it's worth to pay for it. Can't remember the girl who did it but if you want a relaxing massage it's your place.

I have asked for picking me up at the airport and prices were extremely high compared with a regular taxi. (though is an external company and not the hotel itself)

I was hesitant to choose where to spend my 2-day trip to...

I was hesitant to choose where to spend my 2-day trip to Tunis. But I had made an excellent choice by coming to the 5-stars LAICO hotel. Staff was a very friendly, very clean room, food was excellent, and it's located in the middle of everything I needed in Tunis. Most important, compared with the newly opened nice 5-stars Movenpick hotel, the price was the half. I'd really recommend LAICO hotel.
